Welcome to Jasmine Cottage
Jasmine Cottage has been sympathetically modernised to give our guests
present day comforts while retaining the old world character of the building.
The Cottage dates from the 18th Century and there are lots of exposed beams
and feature stonework. It has three large bedrooms and sleeps up to six people. It is comfortably
furnished, carpeted and well equipped, and in winter it is heated throughout. Car parking is
available immediately outside at the front of the property.

Drawing Room
Open wood fire (large supply of free logs outside),
feature stone wall, beamed ceiling, coffee table, two three-seater sofas,
colour television (up to 30 free digital channels) with teletext, remote
control and DVD player. |

Kitchen/Dining Room
Furnished in pine; table and six chairs,
'Welsh Dresser', full-size built-in oven and hob, work units with
stainless steel sink, fridge-freezer, automatic clothes washer, tumble
dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric toaster, cafetière and radio.
There are cooking, eating and drinking utensils for six people.

Downstairs;
King-size double bed with duvet, pillows and
electric blanket; wardrobe, dressing table, blanket box, bedside tables and chair.

Double bed with duvet, pillows and electric blanket;

Two full size single beds each with duvet, pillows and electric
blanket; wardrobe, dressing table and stool, bedside chest and chair.

Fully modernised with toilet, wash basin, bath, shower, electric
shaver point and airing cupboard.

Garden
To
the front of the Cottage is a small walled flower garden and to the rear is a
private garden with lawn, shrubs, picnic table and benches. |

All the bedrooms are of good size and have recently been decorated, they have
new sprung mattresses conforming to the current fire regulations. Each bed is
equipped with an electric blanket for your comfort.
The bedrooms all face South or West with a nice view of the garden.
