As a family of 4, we really enjoyed our holiday in Jasmin Cottage. It was incredibly warm, welcoming and homely. We regularly stay in UK holiday cottages and Jasmine Cottage has a particularly well equipped kitchen for cooking a family meal. The cottage was very clean with the fire laid ready. The basket of postcards for sale was a lovely touch. We enjoyed visiting the village shop to buy fresh produce and chatting to the locals. We had a fantastic day out to Longleat safari park and a wonderful evening meal at the Somerset Arms in nearby Sennington. We went to the local pub for a drink (they were booked for meals) where we received a friendly welcome. The cottage booking process was smooth and Norman was very responsive to queries. The cottage is in a really good central location for many trips out and we'd love to return. We all highly recommend Jasmine Cottage.

Response: We are delighted you had such an enjoyable and safe time at Jasmine Cottage and Wiltshire despite the general 'National Gloom' associated with the Covid Pandemic. We would very much welcome you back in more 'normal times'. With very best wishes, Norman

We (family of five) spent a lovely week in Jasmine Cottage.
The cottage has got everything you need, is well equipped, clean and comfortable.
Steeple Ashton is a picturesque village with extremely friendly people and a cosy pub with delicious food. Don’t miss out on the village shop.
Even though the weather was quiet wet we visited Bristol, Bath, the Cotswolds, Oxford, Lacock and went for two long walks across the fields to neighbouring villages. After our explorations we had an excuse to relax in front of the fire and read a book.
The communication with Normen was always easy and friendly.
We can highly recommend Jasmine Cottage and will not hesitate to stay there again.

Second time around, Jasmin cottage was again a delight to stay in, Log fires in the evening lots of nice walks and situated in a central location for touring. Our first trip out was to Devizes about 8 miles away, car parking was easy lots of nice shops and for great food, Walter Rose & Son a Deli not to be missed, we even bought food to take home. Market on Thursday was very good .For posh shopping Marlbough is the place my wife was in heaven, also it has the widest high street in the country, the shops were great. My wife had never been to the Cotswoulds so we had a visit about 60 miles away but well worth it, we had lunch in The Swan Hotel at Bilbury a village that would look great on a chocolate box lid, not to be missed, the food was great, then off to Broadway, lots of nice shops and good parking . Steeple Ashton is a nice little village and the locals are very friendly. Beware of the main road as some cars come through very fast even though it has a 30 speed limit. I called into Church Farm B&B just a couple of houses away and asked if I could park on their drive overnight, the lady told me that it would be OK she would not take any money so before we left I bought her a pot of orchids and she was delighted. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the cottage as being a great place to stay. Colin.

We stayed for a week in early June. The cottage was in pristine condition, comfortable and the layout practical. We liked the info about the property and the village provided by the owner, while the helpful booklets covering areas of interest made a huge difference to our enjoyment. We visited much of the wider area, from Stonehenge to Weston super Mare, the White Horses and Bath and Cheddar with its gorge. It is an area with much of interest and charm and many places on the flat, which with a temporary walking problem, I appreciated. Pub meals in the area are generally acceptable, though the nearest was not our dearest. Despite not having the best of weather, we had a very happy stay.
