Agreement

Please reserve the accommodation at Jasmine Cottage for the dates specified above. I enclose a non-refundable deposit of £100 per week and undertake to pay the remainder four weeks before arrival. I agree to indemnify the owner against damage to the Cottage and its contents by my party. Unless agreed otherwise, my party will arrive after 3 p.m. on the date of arrival and vacate the property by 10 a.m. on the date of departure.
