Please reserve the accommodation at Jasmine Cottage for the dates
specified above. I enclose a non-refundable deposit of £100 per week
and undertake to pay the remainder four weeks before arrival. I agree
to indemnify the owner against damage to the Cottage and its contents
by my party and any pets. Unless agreed otherwise, my party will
arrive after 3 p.m. on the date of arrival and vacate the property by
10 a.m. on the date of departure. The owner retains a right of entry
to the Cottage at any reasonable time for legitimate purposes e.g.
inspection, cleaning, repairs etc. The Cottage is a holiday home that
accommodates an absolute maximum of 6 guests. Only the people named
on this form are permitted to stay at the Cottage, except with the
prior written consent of the owner.
This agreement is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
